Vision Mātauranga, Kaupapa Māori and Tikanga-A-Hui

The role of the Māori Strand is to support each Strand to incorporate Te Ao Māori into their research (e.g., research design; planning; data collection; analysis; reporting). To do this, we have developed and socialised a reference resource that outlines the principles of Vision Matauranga and Kaupapa Māori Research. In addition, this project takes builds an understanding of the principles and protocols that apply when meeting with Māori or when undertaking research with, by or for Maori (i.e., Tikanga-a-Hui).
